Colegio de los Escoceses. Wellington in Boecillo

A large building built in 1798 by the Scottish College of Valladolid.

The place was chosen for recreation of students and would host in the summer. During the War of Independence the French occupied it for official accommodation as bakery. In 1812 Wellington used it as headquarters on 30 July, 6 and 7 September and 29 October.
